FYX Data is built by a solo founder, and every tool — Data Studio, PDF Suite, and Mini BI — is shaped directly by what users report. Found a bug while cleaning a CSV, compressing a PDF, or building a dashboard? Tell us exactly what happened and which browser you were using, and it gets looked at personally, usually within a day or two. Have an idea for a feature, or a tool you wish existed? Suggestions here often turn into the next thing that ships — several current capabilities in Data Studio and PDF Suite started as a message submitted through this exact form.

There's no separate bug tracker or support ticket system to navigate — this form goes straight into an inbox that gets checked daily. If you'd rather not fill in the form, emailing directly works just as well; either way reaches the same person.

What to include

A short description of what you expected versus what actually happened is usually enough. For bug reports, mentioning your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and roughly how large your file was helps narrow things down quickly, since most issues in a browser-based tool trace back to file size or a specific browser quirk. For feature requests, even a one-line idea is welcome — there's no need to write a full spec.

What happens after you submit

Each submission is read individually — there's no ticketing queue to sit in. Bug reports on Data Studio, PDF Suite, or Mini BI are typically reproduced and patched within a few days; if it's browser-specific, that gets noted and tested separately. Suggestions get weighed against the current build plan, and if something is raised more than once it usually moves up the priority list quickly, since a solo team can react faster than a large one. You won't get an automated ticket number, but genuine responses go out for anything that includes an email address.
