About FYX Data
Building practical tools for people who work with data every day.
FYX Data started with a simple frustration: cleaning a spreadsheet before you can actually use it always seems to take longer than the work you're trying to do. Every dataset arrives with duplicate rows, inconsistent formatting, broken emails, or dates written five different ways — and fixing it by hand eats an afternoon that should have taken ten minutes.
We build tools that solve that kind of problem directly, and we build them to run entirely in your browser. Your data never leaves your device, because a data tool shouldn't require you to hand your data to someone else to make it usable.
What we're building
FYX Data isn't a single product — it's a platform of free, browser-based utilities. Data Studio handles spreadsheet cleaning and analytics. PDF Suite compresses PDFs under 200KB for exam forms, and splits or merges them. Mini BI turns a CSV or Excel file into an interactive dashboard. Each tool is built like its own dedicated app, focused on one job and done well, without adding another account to manage.
How we price things
Every tool on FYX Data is free to use, with no sign-up required — we don't believe in bundling unrelated tools into a single price just to simplify a pricing page.
Where we're headed
New tools get added as they're ready, not on a fixed schedule. You can always see the full list of live tools on the homepage, and you're welcome to tell us what you'd want built next — that feedback shapes the roadmap directly.

Who FYX Data is for
Most people who land on FYX Data are dealing with a messy export from somewhere else — a CRM dump, a form-response sheet, a scanned exam application PDF — and just need it fixed once, right now, without installing anything. That's the whole design brief: no account wall before you can try a tool, no watermark on what you download, and no server in between that has to hold onto your file. Everything runs using your browser's own File API, which is why the tools work the same whether you're on a laptop or a phone with a patchy connection.
A solo, hands-on project
FYX Data is built and maintained by one person, which keeps decisions fast but also means the roadmap is shaped almost entirely by direct user feedback rather than a big backlog. If something's broken or confusing, it usually gets fixed within days, not quarters.
